How to read the results
The data represent the entire material as an average of all responses to the Abilitator® questionnaire. In addition, the averages of respondents involved in European Social Fund (ESF) Priority five projects are shown separately.
The data has been accumulated through services directed at the working-age population. The majority of the respondents are not in paid employment. The target groups of the ESF Priority five projects are the unemployed, people with partial work ability, people at risk of social exclusion, people excluded from work life and other people with difficulties finding employment. The aim of the projects is to improve the chances of employment among the participants by supporting their functional capacity and work ability. The respondents involved in the ESF Priority five projects are included in the results representing the total data.
The results are indicative as the research related to Abilitator is still in progress and currently there are no reference values available that allow comparison of the results. The baseline report presents the key results from the first round of the Abilitator survey. The follow-up report presents a comparison of the first and most recent round of the Abilitator survey withregard to those who have responded the Abilitator questionnaire at least two times.
The average length of the follow-up period in the total data is about 198days and, in the context of the ESF Priority five projects, about 175 days. The reports show the number, average age and gender distribution of respondents. The number of respondents for each question or section has been provided separately. Each question or section in the follow-up report includes only those who have responded to the question or section in at least two time points. The results of the section B. Well-being are reported for individual questions. The report also includes the section-specific results based on the responses to the five other sections i.e. summary scales of Abilitator (C. Inclusion, D. Mind, E. Everyday Life, F. Skills and G.Body). The group means per section have further been adjusted to a Overall situation summary scale of 0–100%.
